ECG Interpretation
Specialist interpretation of resting electrocardiograms for patients with suspected or documented rhythm abnormalities. Each ECG is assessed alongside the relevant clinical history to provide rhythm diagnosis, interpretation of clinical significance and practical recommendations.
The report may include:
- Heart rate and rhythm assessment
- Rhythm diagnosis
- Evaluation of conduction disturbances
- Assessment of supraventricular and ventricular ectopic activity
- Relevant waveform measurements and morphology
- Clinical significance of identified abnormalities
- Recommendations for further investigation, treatment or ambulatory ECG monitoring where appropriate
