    1. Service Description

    Telecardio.vet provides remote veterinary cardiology diagnostic services, including interpretation of echocardiograms, electrocardiograms (ECGs), Holter monitors, and thoracic radiographs. Our services are provided by board-certified veterinary cardiologists.

    2. Eligibility

    Our services are exclusively for licensed veterinary professionals and veterinary clinics. By using our services, you confirm that you are a qualified veterinary professional or authorised representative of a veterinary practice.

    3. Service Process

    To use our services:

    1. Submit patient data and diagnostic images through our secure online form
    2. A board-certified cardiologist will review the case
    3. A detailed report will be delivered within the agreed timeframe

    4. Turnaround Times

    We offer the following turnaround options:

    • Standard: Reports delivered within 24-48 hours
    • Urgent (STAT): Reports delivered within 8 hours

    Turnaround times are calculated from receipt of complete case information during business hours. Emergency cases should be discussed directly with our team.

    5. Payment

    Payment is required at the time of case submission. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.

    6. Professional Disclaimer

    Important: Please read carefully:

    • Our reports are intended as diagnostic support and do not replace the clinical judgement of the treating veterinarian
    • The referring veterinarian retains full responsibility for patient care, treatment decisions, and client communication
    • Our service is not intended for emergency or life-threatening situations requiring immediate intervention
    • The accuracy of our interpretations depends on the quality and completeness of submitted data

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telecardio.vet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website and in our reports, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Telecardio.vet and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports are provided for use by the commissioning veterinary practice only.

    9. Confidentiality

    We treat all case information as confidential. We will not share your patient data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

    10. Cancellation and Refunds

    Cases may be cancelled before review begins for a full refund. Once a case is under review, refunds are at our discretion. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory report due to insufficient data quality, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund.

    11. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
